Dan Wuhrman of Park Ridge had a magical day that included his first-ever 300 and a third-place finish in the State. Wuhrman’s 300 was part of a 748 series that allowed him to move from 14th to third and advance to the stepladder format finals. He got past Dale Barshewski of Keansburg in the fourth-place game, but lost to eventual champion Diante Fields of Kingsway, 234-224, to finish third.
Lexus Lopez of Lyndhurst rolled a 663 series in the second round to place third for the stepladder format final, but lost the fourth-place game to Giana Loyer of Vernon Township, 227-172.
