A long but entertaining day at River Dell in the Bergen girls Round of 16. Upsets topped the list as Glen Rock stopped Pascack Valley42-30 and Northern Highlands beat River Dell, 55-48. Ramapo cruised past Emerson 64-38 and Pascack Hills beat New Milford 50-35.
It was quite a day for the Panthers especially. This was their first win ever at river Dell, their first win over Pascack Valley and it all clinched their first trip to the quarterfinals. The loss marked only the second time PV was eliminated in the Round of 16.
