River Dell and North Bergen have moved up to join Wayne Valley and Don Bosco atop their respective sections as the NJSIAA releases its updated power point rankings through Sunday, Jan. 19.
River Dell moved into the top spot in North 1, Group 2 by a slip .1 point over second place Jefferson. Powerful High Point sits in third.
And North Bergen has moved into a virtual tie atop North 1, Group 4 with Morris Knolls ahead of defending champion Hackensack.
The cutoff date for the state sectional tournament is Saturday, Feb. 1. The tournament will be seeded Feb. 4 and the tournament will begin Feb. 10.
