Last night, I was honored to be an invited guest at the River Dell/Westwood swim banquet at Seasons. I think this was like my fourth or maybe 5th year in a row at this banquet and I think it gets better every year. I’m sorry though, I was working on the DePaul column and rushed out of the house and forgot my camera.
But as I said also in my column today, the banquet features one of the most unique traditions in the winter with the passing down of the famed “Purple Speedo.â€
