Bogota has clinched a bid to the 55th Bergen Jamboree by virtue of its game today vs. Ridgefield being postponed because of snow.

Coach Jay Mahoney said today via phone that Bogota (9-4) will play Ridgefield on Friday, and that means his team maintains the .650 winning percentage needed by tonight to qualify.

Snow postponements also have made qualifiers of Ramapo (9-4), Saddle Brook (8-4) and defending champ Paramus Catholic (9-4), although the latter was expected to receive a bid based on strength of schedule.

The Jamboree Committee is scheduled to meet tonight at Westwood High to select and seed the tournament, and the first round opens Sunday at multiple sites.
