The top seed in this year’s Bergen County tournament was awarded to undefeated Indian Hills (19-0) at Tuesday night’s seeding meeting. Three-time defending champion and also undefeated Immaculate Heart (19-0) was awarded the No. 2 seed. Immaculate Conception (17-1) will be the No. 3 seed and Fair Lawn (13-4) rounds out this year’s Top 4.
In the five through eight slots, Ramsey (13-3) will be the No. 5 seed, Northern Highlands (14-3) received the No. 6, Saddle Brook (18-4) is No. 7 and Ridgewood (11-5), which has had late leads against Indian Hills and Immaculate Heart this season, is the No. 8 seed.
It will be a 41-team field, the largest ever in tournament history, exceeding last year’s total of 39.
