Wrestling won three matches last week to improve to 4-0 on the season.  On Wednesday the Hawks beat Indian Hills on the road 48-27.  On Friday night at home the team beat a good Ramsey squad by a score of 42-24 thanks in part to key pins by Drew Fay and DJ Tirelli.  On Saturday morning again at home the team defeated Elmwood Park 57-17.  Lenny Smith and Nick Baranello helped lead the week with solid wins and bonus points in all 3 matches.  The team is away vs. Cliffside Park on Wednesday before returning home for a match on Friday night vs. Mahwah at 7 pm.

Boys Basketball beat Bergenfield on the road on Friday night in overtime by a score of 39-36 in a key Big North divisional contest.   The victory improved the team record to 5-3.  The boys play at Pascack Valley tomorrow night and return home for a game with Tenafly on Thursday afternoon at 4 pm.

Girls Basketball defeated Bergenfield at home on Thursday, 37-34.  The girls play at home tomorrow, Tuesday, 1/10 at 7 pm vs. Pascack Valley.

Boys Bowling beat Ramsey 7-0 last week for their first win of the season.  The boys and girls bowlers take on Passaic today at Bowler City in Hackensack at 4 pm.

Girls Swimming defeated Tenafly last night to improve to 5-1 on the season.  Both the boys and girls swim teams are home tonight against Ramapo at Bergen Community College at 5:30 pm.

Indoor Track competed in at Track Universe meet where Laura Oh, Austin Berninger and Matt Koh all placed in the shot put.  Both the boys and girls teams will compete tomorrow at FDU in the North Jersey Championships.
