Boys and Girls Indoor Track competed in the NJSIAA State Sectionals on Wednesday at the Bennett Center in Toms River.  The boys team finished fourth and the girls in fifth place.  The following competitors placed for the Hawks;  Jamie Woods,  Emily Croonquist, Bridget Brindley, Laura Oh, Erin Smith, Brandon Jurasin, Calvin Hartman, Matt Koh, Austin Berninger, and both the boys and girls 4 X 400 relay.

 

Boys Bowling defeated Indian Hills 7-0 on Tuesday at the Holiday Bowl in Oakland to avenge an earlier season loss.

The Hawks were led by senior Max Barnett’s 731 series on the day.  Saturday the boys will compete in the NJSIAA State Sectionals at Bowler City in Hackensack.

 

Wrestling defeated Demarest last night at home by a score of 43-25 to improve to 19-4 on the season.  The Hawks received wins from DJ Tirelli, Danny Lynch, John McLaughlin, Brendan Campbell, Cenzo Cariddi, Tyler Kallansee, Andrew Pohl, Nick Baranello and Lenny Smith.  The team will wrestle against Wayne Valley on Saturday morning at 10 am in the last dual meet of the season.  The team will once again host the District Tournament on 2/17 and 2/18.
